A trio of drivers won’t be getting behind the wheel anytime soon after they were pulled over for excessive speeding in Chatham-Kent.
The Ontario Provincial Police said the three drivers were pulled over on December 5, 9 and 11 on Highway 401 within the municipality.
All three were allegedly travelling between 65-75 km/h over the posted speed limit.
A 29-year-old from Windsor, an 80-year-old from Kitchener, and a 28-year-old from Maple have all been charged with stunt driving. As well, their vehicles have been impounded for two weeks and they have been issued a 30-day driver’s licence suspension.
