A Blenheim man is facing charges after allegedly threatening and spitting on his landlord during an argument.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a property on Talbot Street West shortly before 4pm Tuesday afternoon after a dispute erupted between the man and his landlord.
Authorities alleged the argument escalated when the man threatened to harm the landlord and then spit in his face.
The 48-year-old accused is now charged with uttering threats and assault. He was taken to police headquarters and released with conditions and a future court date.
