A Raleigh Township man is facing drunk driving charges.
Chatham-Kent Police responded to a single vehicle collision on Eighth Line Road just after 6 Thursday evening and say the driver lost control and crashed into a ditch.
The driver and passenger both suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.
Responding officers suspected the man behind the wheel may have been drinking and administered a breath test.
The 59-year-old has now been charged with having a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit. He was released with conditions pending a court date next month.
