Drunk driving charges have been laid against a Wallaceburg resident.
According to Lambton OPP, the accused was spotted speeding on Highway 40 near Lambton Line.
Officers suspected the driver had been drinking and was showing signs of impairment.
The 22-year-old was taken to the Lambton detachment and subjected to breath tests. The accused is charged with operation while impaired and operation with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
