A third suspect has turned himself into police following a break-in back in December.
On December 27th, three men went to a Prince Arthur Avenue home and assaulted a father and son.
Two of the suspects have already been arrested and released with future court dates, but an outstanding warrant remained for the third.
Monday morning, the accused turned himself in at police headquarters.
The 21-year-old is charged with breaking and entering and assault.
He has been released from custody with conditions and a future court date.
