A Kingsville resident has been charged following a single vehicle collision in Raleigh Township.
Chatham-Kent Police responded to the crash on Talbot Trail just before 10:30 last night and suspected the driver may have been drinking.
The accused was taken to police headquarters for breath tests.
The 21-year-old has been charged with refusing to provide a breath sample and was released with a date in court next month.
