Weapons charges have been laid following the arrest of a man in Wallaceburg.
The accused was stopped as part of a theft investigation on Wallace Street. Chatham-Kent Police say a search of the suspect turned up a BB gun that replicated a real handgun.
The man, who was already under court-ordered conditions and probation, has been charged with failing to comply with probation, fail to comply with undertaking, weapons dangerous and carried concealed weapon.
