A Blenheim man is facing charges after being pulled over by Chatham-Kent Police.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on Anger Street in Blenheim shortly after 4 o’clock this morning and suspected the driver may have been drinking.
Authorities say the man has impaired driving charges from two previous incidents still before the courts.
The 21-year-old has been charged with having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, was taken to police headquarters in Chatham, and held for a bail hearing.
