A Chatham man is facing charges following an incident over the weekend.
Saturday afternoon, police received a call about a vehicle swerving all over the road on Grand Avenue East.
Officers tracked down the vehicle just as it was pulling into a driveway.
Police suspected the driver may have been drinking and brought him to police headquarters for breath tests.
The 43-year-old is charged with impaired driving and having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit. He was released with conditions and a future court date.
