- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
- 2 oz. sliced mushrooms (opt.)
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp. oregano
Combine the first four ingredients and spread out on pie plate or 8×8 cake pan. Layer on the remaining ingredients. Bake at 375◦ for 30 minutes. (Can also be frozen and reheated on top of the burner when ready to use. Serves 12.
