1 pkg. mini jelly roles- Custard powder
- Milk
- 1 can fruit cocktail of fresh fruit
- ½ pt. whipping cream
- Peach Schnapps or liqueur, optinal
Slice jelly rolls and put half on bottom of trifle bowl or clear bowl. May sprinkle with liquer. Make custard according to directions for 4 servings. May be made ahead of time and cooled. Drain fruit. Whip the cream. Layer cake, fruit, custard, two times. Put whipped cream on top. Garnish with fruit if desired.
