- 1 ½ hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup water, use juice from mushrooms and add water to make 1 cup
- 1 cup celery, diced
- ½ cup Minute Rice
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tin bean sprouts
- 1 tin Chinese noodles
Fry hamburger with onion. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix in the ¾ can of the Chinese noodles. Sprinkle remainder on top of the casserole and bake at 350°F for ¾ hour.
