Charges have been laid following a single-vehicle crash east of Chatham.
According to Chatham-Kent Police, a 56-year-old man was driving on Riverview Line Sunday when he lost control of the vehicle, striking several trees.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and the driver was treated for what police describe as moderate injuries.
The man has since been charged with careless driving.
