Two people are facing charges following a break-in in Wallaceburg.
Shortly after 5 o’clock Tuesday morning, police were called to an active alarm at a McNaughton Avenue business.
Authorities allege two suspects broke a window and forced their way into the building, gathered merchandise off the shelves, and fled.
With the help of surveillance footage, authorities were able to identify both suspects.
Just before 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon, a 60-uyear-old woman was found on Emily Street in Wallaceburg and arrested. A 53-year-old man was found on Elgin Street later that afternoon.
The woman was released with conditions and a date in court next month. The man was held in custody for a bail hearing.
