Peppery Peanut Butter and Coconut Sandwiches (Appetizer)

– 8 slices white bread

– 6 tablespoons peanut butter

– 2 tablespoons butter, softened

– 1 teaspoon Tabasco

– ½ cup fresh grated if chopped

 

 

1.) Remove crusts from bread. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin and cut into 3 strips.

2.) Combine peanut butter, butter, and Tabasco.

3.) Spread peanut butter mixture on bread; dip in coconut. Roll each bread strip to form a pinwheel.

4.) Chill thoroughly before serving.
