Parents Invited To Learn More About Online Dangers For Children

An upcoming seminar will aim to provide local parents with more information on how best to protect their children from online predators.

The Ridgetown branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library will host CK Police Special Constable Brenda Koldyk on November 7 to talk about serious dangers that children may encounter online.

Constable Koldyk will speak about the current online problems with sexual predators, trafficking, luring, and more.

Parents are invited to attend by themselves or with their children who are nine or older.

The seminar starts at 6:30 p.m. and no registration is required.

Anyone with questions can contact the Ridgetown library at 519-674-3121.
