At least one person has been injured following a multi-vehicle crash near downtown Wallaceburg.
Emergency crews responded to Margaret Avenue, north of the Murray Street Bridge shortly before 10 a.m. on Wednesday. At least two vehicles were involved in the collision with one sustaining significant damage.
One person could be seen being treated by emergency crews, however, the extent of their injuries has not been confirmed.
The Chatham-Kent Police Traffic Management Unit closed the intersection of Margaret Avenue and Murray Street/Main Street to conduct an investigation. The road has since been reopened to traffic.
