A disturbing sight in Chatham has led to charges for a local man.
Chatham-Kent Police received a call shortly after 6 Monday morning from an employee at a Tecumseh Road facility who had reportedly seen a man engaging in inappropriate sexual behaviour and smoking suspected methamphetamine.
Officers arrived and the accused was taken into custody.
The 49-year-old has been charged with performing an indecent act and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
