One person is facing charges after a man was struck by a vehicle in downtown Wallaceburg.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to Creek Street near James Street shortly before noon on Monday, following the collision.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
As a result, the driver has been charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian.
