2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 cups drained, chopped cucumber
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup margarine, melted
Salt and pepper
1 White Fish, between 4-6 lbs, cleaned and boned
Ripe olives
BBQ Sauce, smoked flavour
Pineapple slices
Combine bread, cucumber, eggs, onion, margarine and seasonings, mixing well. Stuff fish with mixture, sewing or skewering it closed. Place stuffed fish on aluminum foil and brush generously with bbq sauce. Wrap securely in oil and bake at 350 for 2 hours. Grnish with pineapple slices and olives.
