A Chatham-Kent man accused of throwing a rock through a library window is facing additional charges following a disturbance at a local Tim Hortons.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to the Tim Hortons on Third Street in Chatham shortly before 7 a.m. on Monday.
Authorities said a man was interfering with business operations and was arrested.
The same man was also arrested on Sunday after a rock was thrown through a window at the Chatham branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library on Queen Street South.
The 32-year-old accused is now charged with two counts of mischief, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order and uttering threats. He was taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing.
