Damage is estimated at $2-million following a weekend fire at a Ridgetown manufacturer.

Crews from Station 10 Orford and Station 11 Ridgetown were called to Waltron Trailer on Marsh Road shortly after 5 o’clock Saturday morning to find heavy smoke coming from the back of the building.

Officials say fire fighters were able to keep the flames contained and an excavator was brought in to help with extinguishing the blaze.

No one was hurt. The cause of the fire remains undetermined.
