A local man is facing charges after allegedly using a stolen credit cards.
An investigation was launched recently when a woman’s wallet was taken out of her vehicle.
Several days later, police say the victim’s credit cards were used at two businesses on Queen Street North and Queens Line in Tilbury.
Video surveillance helped identify a suspect.
A man has now been arrested and charged with two counts each of fraud, use of a stolen credit card, and possession of stolen property.
The accused was released from custody with a date in court next month.
