Spinach Dip

  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr’s vegetable soup mix
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 tin water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped

To use in a large crusty round loaf of bread. Cut and pull out inside of loaf to leave in a shell. Break bread in small pieces and surround loaf to use as dip. May also use veggies. Squeeze water out of spinach. Mix together and keep in fridge until ready to serve.
