Spicy Flank Steak

1 lb flank steak

Marinade:
1/4 vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp crushed dried red pepper flakes
1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
1/2 lb carrots, peeled & cut on bias

Place the steak into a re-sealable plastic bag. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over steak in plastic bag.
Seal bag ensuring steak is completely covered in marinade mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
Remove steak from marinade. Over medium heat in a lightly oiled frying pan, cook flank steak for 5-6 minutes each side
until well browned on both sides, and still pink inside. Pour marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer
for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly steam vegetables. Drain and toss in a little butter.
To serve, pour marinade over meat, top Beans with parmesan cheese, and the carrots with rosemary.
