A Wallaceburg resident has been arrested, accused of speeding along Highway 40 in St Clair Township.
Provincial Police clocked a motorcycle traveling at 150 kilometres an hour in an 80 km/hr zone the evening of July 4th.
The 28-year-old driver is now facing several charges under the Highway Traffic Act and the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, including stunt driving, driving without a proper license, failing to surrender a permit for the vehicle, and using a plate not authorized for the vehicle.
The accused was also issued a 30-day license suspension and the vehicle impounded for two weeks.
