A 34 year old Chatham woman is celebrating a quarter of a million dollar lottery win.
Sarah Bardoel won the $250,000 on Instant Jackpot.
She says she is a regular player but this is her first big win.
The mother of three says she scratched the winning ticket on Mother’s Day, and it was on the first line she scratched.
She said she “ had to look a few times to believe it”.
Sarah plans to pay some bills, help out her kids and put a down payment on a new house with her winnings adding “It feels like a dream.”
