The death toll from COVID-19 continues to climb at Vision Nursing Home in Sarnia.
A fifth resident passed away Friday.
Another staff member has tested positive as well making it 20 residents and 19 staff members.
There have been 14 new cases in the last 5 days at Vision.
Three more positive tests not connected to the long term care facility brings the total case load in Sarnia-Lambton to 247 as of Sunday. 175 cases have been resolved.
