Ontario is maintaining the status quo when it comes to active cases of COVID-19.

The province announced 712 new infections today along with 713 recoveries.

There’s still a hefty backlog when it comes to testing. 38,507 tests have been completed since yesterday, but another 37,155 are still waiting to be processed.

Lambton County’s numbers have risen to 10, up from 3 yesterday, and include a workplace outbreak, long term care outbreak, and one case each in three public schools.

Windsor is reporting 13 new cases of COVID-19 today, bringing the total number of active cases to 68.

As of yesterday afternoon’s update from public health, Chatham-Kent is holding steady with no cases of the virus right now.
