Just a slight uptick in Chatham-Kent’s COVID cases today.

One local resident is still being treated for the virus at the Health Alliance, and there are two active outbreaks – one connected to an un-named church, the other at A.A. Wright Public School in Wallaceburg.

Around the region, Windsor-Essex is reporting 21 new cases today, while Lambton County has added 17.

Across Ontario, the Ministry of Health says there have been 1546 new cases since yesterday’s update, and nine deaths linked to the virus.
