Another drop in Chatham-Kent’s active caseload, down to 73 today.
Public Health says 24 new cases were identified over the weekend plus 28 recoveries.
Another institutional outbreak has been declared with one active case at Meadow Park Nursing Home in Chatham.
There have been three cases linked to the outbreak at Hudson Mano, and three unnamed workplaces also remain in outbreak.
There are still five Chatham-Kent residents being treated for the virus at CKHA.
Public Health says 66 variants of concern have now been identified locally.
Ontario is reporting another 22 deaths linked to COVID-19 across the province. That’s along with 2938 new cases reported today and 3041 from yesterday.
