Time is running out for those who want to cast their ballots early for the upcoming by-election in Lambton-Kent-Middlesex.

Advance voting locations will close at 8pm on Friday, including Hidden Hills Golf and Country Club in Dover Centre. However, those still looking to cast their ballot ahead of the by-election can do so at the returning office in Strathroy or the satellite office at the County Fair Mall in Wallaceburg until 6pm on May 1.

The final day to vote will be on the day of the by-election, May 2.

There are eight candidates vying for the MPP position, including PC Steve Pinsonneault, Cathy Burghardt-Jesson for the Liberals, NDP candidate Kathryn Shailer, Andraena Tilgner with the Green Party, and New Blue Party representative Keith Benn. As well, Stephen Campbell is representing the None of the Above Party, Cynthia Working is running for the Ontario Party, and campaigning for the Family Rights Party is Hilda Walton.
