Three names make the list for this year’s class of inductees to the Kent County Ag Hall of Fame.

Dr. Norman Bradner, Dianne Flook and Dr. Peter Sikkema represent three very different aspects of farming.

Bradner worked within the Canadian Seed Industry, specifically in soybeans and is known as the father of private soybean breeding in Canada.

For her part, Flook has been a life long advocate for sustainable farming and creating a better appreciation of farm practices, while Sikkma is known as an expert in weed science.

The trio will be inducted on November 19th at the Country View Golf Course.
