Today is the deadline for applications to the Jeff Atkinson Memorial Scholarship. 
A $1,000 bursary is given out to a Chatham-Kent post-secondary student focusing on agriculture or heavy equipment.
The award will be handed out at the Chatham-Kent Plowing Match banquet.
