An arrest has been made following a complaint to Chatham-Kent Police about a man believed to be selling drugs to kids in Wallaceburg.
Officers were given a description of the suspect, who was later found near James Street.
Authorities say the accused failed to identify himself, and was arrested for obstructing a peace officer.
A search turned up flick knives and brass knuckles, despite a court order banning the man from having any weapons.
The 31-year-old is now facing a total of eight charges, including two counts of possession of a prohibited weapon and five counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order.
He was released from custody and will be back in court June 3rd.
