Charges have been laid against a Sarnia man, accused of driving drunk on Highway 40.
Lambton OPP officers pulled over a vehicle shortly after 5 o’clock Saturday afternoon near Holt Line and suspected the driver may have been drinking.
The 33-year-old driver allegedly refused to take to a roadside screening test and has now been charged with failure or refusal to comply with a demand.
The accused was released from custody with a future court date.
