Charges have been laid against a man accused of stealing marijuana plants.
Officers were called out to a Queen Street property in Chatham just after midnight.
A 51-year-old man was found a short distance away carrying several plants.
He’s now been charged with theft, possession, mischief, and trespassing by night.
