Shoplifting charges have been laid against a Chatham woman.
The accused allegedly walked out of the Chatham Walmart store Saturday afternoon with a full cart of items and took off in a vehicle.
Police tracked down the vehicle on Third Street. The woman has since been charged with theft and possession of stolen property.
Investigators say she was also driving with a suspended license.
She was released from custody with a date in court next month.
