A Chatham woman is facing charges after allegedly stalking a man and threatening to cause him harm.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service alleged the woman had been repeatedly calling the victim, following him, and showing up at his apartment. Along with threatening him, the woman is also accused of damaging the man’s apartment.
Police began an investigation Sunday morning and the woman was arrested.
The 42-year-old suspect is charged with criminal harassment, mischief, and two counts of uttering threats. She has since been released with conditions and a future court date.
