It’s an example of kids helping kids in our community.
At the Children’s Treatment Centre annual general meeting last night, art students from the Brio Academy presented a cheque for $350 to help support the Butterfly Building Campaign.
The students, who range in age from nine to 12, sold hand-made greeting cards and instead of using their new-found wealth to have a pizza party, chose to donate the proceeds to support kids with developmental disabilities.
