A Harwich Township woman has been charged after allegedly hurling stones at a vehicle in Chatham.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers responded to a property damage complaint on Wellington Street shortly before 2 p.m. on March 31, 2025.
Upon arrival, police learned that stones had been thrown at a parked vehicle, causing damage.
Investigators reviewed surveillance footage from the scene and identified a suspect. The 30-year-old Harwich Township woman was arrested on Semenyn Avenue on Monday at around 9:30 p.m. and charged with mischief under $5,000. She will answer the charge in court next month.
