A second arrest has been made in connection to an altercation at a Chatham business earlier this year.
Two men got into a fight at a St Clair Street store shortly after 1:30 the morning of June 18 with both parties requiring medical attention.
One of the accused was arrested last week and released with a September court date.
Now, Chatham-Kent Police say the second accused has been taken into custody, arrested shortly after 5:30 Wednesday afternoon.
The 28-year-old Chatham man is charged with assault causing bodily harm. He was released from custody with conditions and will be back in court at the end of the month.
