The delays continue in the first degree murder case against a Wallaceburg woman.
25 year old Kourtney Audette made another brief video appearance in a Chatham court room Friday but once again there was a delay in the proceedings.
This time until September 14th. They are still waiting to set a date for a preliminary hearing.
Audette charged in the death of 24 year old Nick Laprise in April.
