Another name has been added to the ballot for Chatham-Kent’s municipal election.
James Thompson has filed nomination papers to run for a spot on council in Ward Six.
There are now eight residents running for one of six Ward 6 seats.
The deadline for nominations is July 27th, and Chatham-Kent residents head to the polls on October 22nd.
