Imperial Oil has until the end of next month to come up with some answers in the 15-story tower collapse at the Sarnia refinery last month.
The provincial government has given the petroleum company a June 30th deadline to report on exactly what happened on April 2nd when the tower fell.
The Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks wants to know the cause and any action taken by the company since the disaster.
Imperial Oil officials say nobody was hurt and no pollutants were released when the processing tower plummeted to the ground.
It was being prepped for maintenance at the time.
