Chatham-Kent police have arrested 27-year-old Daniel VanKesteren in connection with the recent rash of alleged sexual assaults.
He’s facing four counts of sexual assault along with three charges of wearing a disguise with intent.
Police believe the Chatham man is responsible for four incidents involving four women in downtown Chatham who say they were inappropriately touched over the last two weeks.
