A Sarnia man is facing charges after being found passed out behind the wheel near Dresden.

Chatham-Kent Police officers spotted the vehicle just before 2:30 Monday afternoon, stopped at the intersection of Base Line and Freedom Road.

Authorities say the vehicle itself had been reported stolen from London.

The 44-year-old was arrested and issued a three day license suspension. He has also been charged with possession of stolen property over $5000. He’ll answer to a judge in court September 26th.
