An arrest has been made after a cinder block was thrown at a woman in Chatham.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service said officers were called to a disturbance at a Campbell Street address on Wednesday just before 3 a.m.
Police learned that a woman arrived at the property to pick someone up and a cinder block was thrown in her direction. She was not injured.
A 36-year-old Chatham man has been arrested and charged with assault with a weapon. He was later released from custody with conditions and a November court date.
