A Chatham man is facing charges following a domestic dispute in Chatham.
Officers responded to a Campus Parkway address just after 11 Tuesday night and claim the accused wrapped his arm around the victim’s neck, restricting her breathing.
The 32-year-old was arrested and charged with assault. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
