A Sarnia man has been arrested after reports of abuse against a Chatham-Kent woman.
Police were notified Tuesday night, and say over the course of the pair’s relationship, the man allegedly assaulted the woman, threatened her and her children, and sent several unwanted text messages after she tried to break things off.
Wednesday night, the 38-year old accused was taken into custody and charged with assault, assault causing bodily harm, three counts of uttering threats, criminal harassment, and failing to comply with his release conditions.
